Kontent Publishing Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on January 15, 2010 and A. Farber & Partners Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the Estate of the Bankrupt by the Official Receiver. The Notice to Creditors package was mailed out to all known creditors. A copy of the package is attached below. The first meeting of creditors was held on February 3, 2010, at which time the appointment of A. Farber & Partners Inc. was affirmed. No inspectors were appointed in this estate.
The Trustee anticipates that there will be insufficient realizations to satisfy the claims of secured creditors in full. Accordingly, no surplus funds are expected to be available for distribution to preferred or unsecured creditors.
