The purpose of this website is to provide information to any interested persons regarding the Receiver’s Sale Process for the Property of Ar-Tech Automotive Industries Inc. The documents listed below are in .pdf format and can be viewed and/or downloaded.
On April 28, 2010 A. Farber and Partners Inc. was appointed as receiver of the property, assets and undertaking (the "Property") of Ar-Tech Automotive Industries Inc. (the "Company") by Roto-Tech Inc., the Company’s secured lender. The Receiver's mandate is limited to offering for sale all right, title and interest of the Company, if any, in and to the Property. The Receiver is conducting a sale process and is not empowered to take possession of the assets and the Company continues to operate "debtor-in-possession" with the support of the secured lender.
Parties interested in acquiring the Property are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (available below). Upon receipt of a duly executed Confidentiality Agreement, the Receiver will make the Confidential Information Memorandum available for review.
The deadline for submitting an offer to purchase the Property is May 19th at 4:00 pm. Any offer for the Property of the Company must be submitted using the offer form available below. Interested parties must also familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions, also below.
